Why Touchpoints?

 

We named our business Touchpoints Tax Preparation Services for a few reasons.  Reason number one is the obvious reason.  We are an income tax preparation service.  The second, and less obvious reason is for the name 'Touchpoints'.  We believe that there are five touchpoints to any business, just like on a hand, and that each of those touchpoints should be as unique as a fingerprint.  Here they are:

 

Touchpoint Number One: The quality of the completed product (your tax return)

 

Touchpoint Number Two: The ease of completing the tax return (for you)

 

Touchpoint Number Three: Continuing education of ourselves for tax changes

 

Touchpoint Number Four: Continuing communication with our clients

 

Touchpoint Number Five: Doing the best possible job for our clients.  If we are unable to do this, we will make sure it is fixed.
